About this pack
A 35-page PDF guide with a worked data map, a lawful-basis decision flow, the subject access clock, a breach decision flow, a yearly routine and a table of facts checked. Section 18 has copy-ready templates for a privacy notice and request replies.
The 5-sheet Excel file has Start Here, Data Register, Requests Log, Breach Log and Review Dates. Rows 6 to 9 of the Data Register are made-up examples to overwrite or delete.
The workbook is built for Microsoft Excel on Windows (Excel 16.0) and has not been tested in Excel for Mac, Google Sheets, LibreOffice or phone apps. Do not type real customer data into the example rows.
