About this pack

A 30-page A4 PDF welcome book with guest pages and host pages. It is print-and-write: print it, put the pages in a binder and fill it in by hand. The PDF is not a fillable form.

The Excel workbook is the editable part. It has six sheets: Start Here, Lists, Turnover, Stay Log, Restock and Maintenance. Delete the pale green Example rows and type your own.

The workbook adds up what you enter. It does not work out tax or fees. All names and figures marked Example are made up.

The pack is a template. It does not state which rules, registrations or safety checks apply to your property, so find out what applies in your area before you fill in the safety pages.

Not affiliated with any booking platform. General information, not professional advice.

The pack does not set out the rules for your property. Holiday let rules differ across the UK nations and local areas, so check what applies to you.
