    Say what the document is for, who will use it, and anything it must include.

  2. We reply by email

    We confirm what we can make and what it will cost before any work starts.

  3. You approve, we build

    Once you agree, we make the PDF and send it to you.

What to put in your message

  • What the PDF is for, in a sentence or two
  • Who will use it (for example your family, your customers or your team)
  • Print on paper, fill in on screen, or both
  • Roughly how many pages, and whether you also want an Excel version
  • Any wording, colours or logo you want included
  • The email address to reply to
